on\u00a0our little\u00a0farm learning how to grow and harvest our own vegetables and\u00a0fruit, as well as producing our own eggs, pork, chicken, beef and lamb.\u00a0 Along the way, we\u00a0started beekeeping and making our own\u00a0apple and pear ciders and liqueurs.\u00a0\u00a0We ended the year by learning how to tap west coast maple trees to produce maple syrup and birch syrup.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>We even experimented with making our own natural oils and vinegars.\u00a0\u00a0We are excited to share what we have learned\u00a0this past year as well as\u00a0share real-time as\u00a0we try out new ideas and projects that can be done in\u00a0any backyard or hobby farm.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Here&#8217;s a quick shot of our raised beds and prepping the garden earlier this
